Thank you for choosing your island experience to be provided by us. Pool & Beach reservations are valid till 15:00 (during high-season July-August they are valid till 12:00). All reservations are valid from the time of booking with maximum latency of 15 minutes. In case of non-show or late arrival (15 minutes) 100% of the pre-payment will be held non-refundable. SantAnna reserves the right to resell the sunbed/cabana/table. The minimum spend can be used only in three sections (Pool, Beach and Restaurant) the minimum spend from the areas of the pool & beach can be used also in the restaurant, be aware that the minimum can not be used on other third-party services like Spa or Hookah. Please note that the minimum spent listed must be paid regardless the total amount of the bill. Minimum spends are transferable for other dates if applicable, but non-refundable. In the pool are allowed 16+ years old guests. All guests at the VIP Zone and DJ deck should be 18+ years old. The venue provides complimentary Wi-fi and individual fresh towels. Small and well-behaved dogs are allowed on the Beach area. On event days, the last call for the pool area is at 17:00, and all reservations are valid till 18:00. Dress-code is strictly casual chic (No Flip-flops, No Swim-wear, No Under-dressed). For reservations on events confirmed via pre-payments, under venue rules, the pre-payment will be deducted only if the card that issued the pre-payment will process the final payment. If the pre-payment was issued with a card that is not on the premises of the venue, the pre-payment will be fully refunded as of the card-holder is not aware with the final payment.
