All Guests with reservations should arrive at Santanna by 12:00 (during high season, 7th of July- 24th of August). Reservations are not confirmed until the credit card details are provided through the automated email (for non show/late cancelation reasons) . On days with significant events, the last call for the pool area is at 17:00, and all reservations are valid till 18:00. To attend the event beyond that time, a separate ticket or table reservation is required. All reservations made with prepayment are non refundable. In case of non-show or late arrival (15 minutes) 100% cancellation fee applies from the credit card on file. Santanna reserves the right to resell the sunbed/cabana. All rates listed are in Euro and include VAT 24%, local taxes, complimentary wifi and individual fresh towels. Small and well behaved dogs are welcome on the Beach. In the pool are allowed 16+ years old guests. All guests at the VIP Zone and Dj deck should be 18+ years old Santanna ‘s Management reserves the right to modify its rates and policies at any given time. Please note that the minimum spent listed must be paid regardless the total amount of the bill. Minimum spends are not transferable and non refundable.
